Grandma Poss has lots of magic and she makes Hush invisible. Hush can't be squashed by koalas, he can slide down kangaroos back, and is safe from snakes. The promblem is, Grandma can't turn Hush visible again. Grandma thinks human food will make Hush visible again. Hush eats a vegamite sandwich and her tail becomes visible. She eats pavlova and her legs and body become visual. She eats lamington and her head becomes visible. Now Hush is completly visiual again. Each year they have a piece of each to make sure Hush stays visible.
Frederick

James and the Giant Peach

James parents die and he is forced to move in with his aunts who make him do everything for them. James meets a man who gives him 'dust' and he tells James that all his dreams will come true but he cannot drop it, but he does. The next morning there is a peach on a tree and it keeps growning and growning. James goes inside the peach and meets large bugs. They break the peach off the branch and role acroos the English country side and into the Atlantic ocean. In the ocean they are attacked by sharks. They ties silk to seagulls which pulls them out of the water. Then they are attacked by men in the clouds. They eventually land in New York on the Empire State Building. There is a parade for peach, James, and the bugs. In the end the Centipede is VP of Sales at a shoe company, Earthworm is employed by a women's face cream company, Silkworm and Miss. Spider start a nylon thread company, Glow-warm lights the tourch in the Statue of Liberty,, Grasshopper becomes a member of the New York Symphony Orchestra, Lady Bug marries the Head of the Fire Department. They all go to visit James who still leives in the peach pit. James had wrote a book about his adventures, which is what you have read.

Professor Quirrell; he and his friends defeat a mountain troll, help Hagrid
raise a dragon, and explore the wonderful, fascinating world of Hogwarts.But all events lead irrevocably toward a
second encounter with Lord Voldemort, who seeks an object of legend known as
the Sorcerer's Stone.
